Benjamin Caplan
I grew up in Canada, did my undergrad at McGill, and went to grad school at UCLA. I started my career at the University of Manitoba and came to KU in 2017.
I'm mainly interested in metaphysics. My research in metaphysics has been on things like propositions, sets, fictional characters, works of fiction, and musical works. More recently, my teaching in metaphysics has also been on things like gender, race, disability, and sexual orientation.
